The Law School community is saddened by the loss of Lewis Katz, a member of the Class of 1966, who died unexpectedly on May 31.
Professor Laurel Terry will moderate a plenary session entitled Regulatory Innovation: What’s in it for Us? at the 40th National Conference on Professional Responsibility. The conference will be held in Long Beach, California from May 28-30, 2014. Professor Terry assembled materials on regulatory innovation and will lead a discussion that will focus on regulatory developments in Australia, Canada, England, and Wales.
The Law School hosted its 135th formal commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 17 in Carlisle and University Park, PA.
The World Trade Organization held a book launch in Geneva on May 7 for its new Cambridge University Press book to which Professor Laurel Terry contributed. Professor Terry and Erica Moeser, President and CEO of the National Conference of Bar Examiners, co-authored the chapter on U.S. legal services in WTO Domestic Regulation and Services Trade: Putting Principles into Practice.
