Passion for education reform drives Whittington and Worthington Although Penn State Law students Sarah Whittington ’15 and Stephen Worthington ’15 came to Penn State Law from vastly different geographical regions – Whittington from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Worthington from Cedar City, Utah – they quickly discovered that they share a lot in common. New federal student loan repayment option available Another income-based federal student loan repayment option became available December 21, 2012. The Pay As You Earn (PAYE) option affords student loan borrowers the opportunity to have the monthly payment on their federal loans calculated as a percentage of available income rather than being dependent upon the amount borrowed.
