Westlaw

Each student enrolled at Penn State Law receives a Westlaw password.

Judy Swarthout, Associate Law Librarian, maintains and updates the Westlaw password list. Students needing their passwords should consult with her.

Penn State University students who are not enrolled in the Law School do not have access to Westlaw through the Law School's account. These students should consult with University Libraries for assistance with projects requiring them to research legal issues.

The law school cannot provide access to Westlaw to those individuals who are not affiliated with the law school.
