The summer program is designed to provide lawyers and law students trained outside of the U.S. with an intensive overview of U.S. Law. The program offers full immersion in reading, listening, writing, and speaking the language of U.S. Law in an international context.
This three-hour offering is primarily clinical in character. With the help of teaching assistants and the conduct of round-table discussions with the professor, students will be introduced to an international commercial venture involving construction or the sale of goods. Credits may be counted toward the Penn State LL.M. degree.
