Kelly Joy Bozanic is a Research Fellow. Her scholarship applies economic analysis to the law governing personal estate planning with a substantive focus on insurance law, property, trust and estates, bankruptcy, and taxation. Before attending law school, Ms. Bozanic worked for an estate planning firm and in real property management. Ms. Bozanic teaches Insurance Law.
The American College of Bankruptcy honored Ms. Bozanic in 2009 as the Distinguished Student from the Third Circuit. She is a member of the California Bar and a former editor of the Penn State Law Review.
