The key to our rich and meaningful academic experience is an accomplished and diverse faculty. Our professors are active and engaged scholars whose varying experiences and areas of expertise support an intense and comprehensive legal curriculum.

Our most recent faculty appointments include Jamison Colburn, a noted scholar of environmental law who served as assistant regional counsel to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency; David Flatto, a scholar of rabbinical studies who holds a joint appointment with the Penn State’s Jewish Studies and History departments; Michael Foreman, the former deputy director of the Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights Under Law in Washington, D.C. who heads the Law School’s new Civil Rights Appellate Clinic; Zachary Kramer, an employment and civil rights scholar and former Teaching Fellow at UCLA School of Law; and Catherine Rogers, one of the world’s leading authorities on international arbitration and professional ethics.

Additional recent faculty hires include Professor Katrice Bridges, an expert on constitutional law and white collar crime; Professor Preston Green III, a leading scholar of school choice, educational access, and school finance who holds a joint appointment with Penn State’s College of Education; and Professor Samuel C. Thompson Jr., the Law School's new Arthur Weiss Distinguished Faculty Scholar, one of our nation's most prominent and highly regarded scholars of tax and mergers and acquisitions law.
