Faculty of Leading Scholars

Penn State Law faculty members advance the study and practice of law within a wide range of specialized legal fields. This diverse group of accomplished scholars and teachers includes the leading authority on DNA evidence and statistics in litigation, an internationally known authority on Russian law, the former legal counsel to the first African Union, and an emerging leader in scholarship on gender issues in the workplace. Clinical faculty share with law students their expertise in and passion for agricultural law, immigration law, civil rights law, advocacy for the rights of children, elderly and disabled people, and other fields.
