Details:

Penn State Law will host a screening of The Memphis 13, a documentary film on thirteen first-grade students who broke the color line in Memphis City Schools in 1961. The film features interviews with all thirteen students and their families as well as students, teachers, and leaders who lived through this historic experience. A 30-minute discussion will follow the film. 

This event is sponsored by the Black Law Students Association and the Diversity Committee in honor of Black History Month. The public is welcome.
