Penn State Law students will be presenting to Penn State University medical students about the terms, processes, and principles of medical negligence trials. After the presentation there will be a tour of the hospital and an intimate discussion with Dr. Gingrich, a physician-professor, over coffee. The event will last until approximately 4:00 p.m. This is of special interest for all students interested in health law, tort law, or trial advocacy in general.
