The School Study Council will hold its Law and Education Day featuring the latest legal issues and hot topics being faced by school districts and administrators.

Presenters will include:

This program is a collaboration between Penn State College of Education and the Law and Education Alliance at Penn State (LEAP). An agenda is available online. 

The Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board has approved this program for 3.5 hours of substantive law, practice, and procedure credit and 1.0 hours of ethics, substance abuse, and professionalism credit.
