Save the date for an intense introduction to Forensic Science Legal Tools. The agenda will cover topics of interest to prosecutors, criminal defense attorneys, and civil litigators as well as members of the science and law enforcement communities who may be expert witnesses.

Speakers will include Penn State Law Professor David Kaye, preeminent scholar of DNA evidence;  Dr. Cedric Neuman who teaches Forensic Science in the Eberly College of Science at Penn State University, and Anjali Ranadive, National Clearinghouse for Science, Technology and the Law.  A full agenda and speaker biographies  is available here

The Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board has approved this program for 4.0 credits of substantive law, practice, and procedure credit and 1.0 credit of ethics, substance abuse, and professional credit.
