In addition to his CIA experience, Mr. Preston also brings a wealth of experience from previous appointments in the Civil Division at DOJ; Principal Deputy General Counsel of the Department of Defense; General Counsel of the Navy; and as a partner at WilmerHale. He received his B.A. from Yale and his J.D. from Harvard Law School. The Law School will make transportation available to Carlisle students who would like to attend this event.
