Post a Position for Penn State Law Students or Alumni

Hiring new attorneys can be time-consuming. Penn State Law makes it easy for employers to recruit, interview, and evaluate a talented pool of applicants. Whether you wish to interview on campus, collect résumés, or pass along a posting for our students, the professionals in the Career Planning and Development Office are here to help.

Recruiters are welcome to visit and interview candidates in either location. Employers may post positions for Penn State Law students or graduates through the online Career Portal. Powered by Symplicity, the Career Portal enables law students and alumni to access job postings online. Symplicity permits employers to choose how to receive applications (online, via e-mail or via U.S. mail or fax.)

Services for employers through the Penn State Career Planning and Development Office are free for employers.

Returning Users

If you are a returning employer and have not yet received your Symplicity password, please contact the Career Planning and Development Office at to request this information.

If you are currently registered and would like to post a position:
  • Log on to the Career Portal with your e-mail address and password and input your position information.
  • Forgot your password? Access a password using the “Forgot my password” link.

First-Time Users

First-time users must register. Upon registration approval, employers will receive a password and job posting instructions. An e-mail address is required for access to the Career Portal.
